Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Everlume. Every order is handcrafted to your specification, so please read the following carefully.

 


1. Order Processing Time

 

  • Standard items: 2–4 business days
  • Personalised / engraved items (names, photos, custom text): 3–6 business days

 

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

 

2. Shipping Destinations

 

We currently ship to:

 

  • United Kingdom
  • European Union (all EU member states)
  • Australia & New Zealand
  • Selected countries in Asia and the Middle East

 

We do not currently ship to the United States, Canada, or any country under international sanctions.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. Delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather, or peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) are outside our control.

 

4. Import Duties, Taxes & VAT

 

  • UK orders: All prices include UK VAT. No additional charges on delivery.
  • EU orders (IOSS): VAT is collected at checkout for orders under €150. No additional charges on delivery.
  • EU orders over €150: May be subject to local import VAT and duties on arrival, payable by the customer.
  • Australia / Rest of World: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. We declare all parcels at the actual sale value and cannot mark them as "gift" or under-declare.

 

5. Order Tracking

 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier's website.

 

If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or more, please contact us at support@everlume3d.com.

 

6. Failed Delivery, Lost or Damaged Parcels

 

  • Incorrect address: Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for parcels returned or lost due to address errors. Re-shipping fees will apply.
  • Lost in transit: If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier (UK: 15 business days after dispatch; international: 30 business days after dispatch), we will resend or fully refund your order.
  • Damaged on arrival: Please email support@everlume3d.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and outer packaging. We will arrange a free replacement.

 

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

 

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, provided production has not started.
  • Personalised orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.
