All of our photo blocks are handcrafted from premium K9 optical crystal — the same clarity-grade material used in fine glassware and optics. K9 is chosen for its exceptional transparency, refractive brilliance, and durability. Each block is precision-cut with beveled edges to enhance the way light plays through your engraved image.
Once your photo is ready for production, our team uses a state-of-the-art subsurface laser engraver to burn thousands of microscopic white dots inside the crystal — not on the surface. These dots form a highly detailed 3D representation of your image that remains permanently locked inside the glass. It will never fade, scratch off, or peel.
No — never. Because the image is engraved inside the crystal (not printed on the surface), it is completely protected. Your engraving will look exactly the same in 50 years as it does today. We back this with a lifetime guarantee against fading, clouding, or loss of detail.
K9 crystal is significantly more durable than regular glass, but it is still a crystal — please treat it with care. It's designed for indoor display and gentle handling. Every order ships in premium foam-lined packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Any photo you love — family portraits, couples, pets, newborns, wedding shots, memorial photos, travel memories. If it means something to you, we can engrave it. Adult / mature content is accepted as long as it's legal, but we reserve the right to decline requests we consider inappropriate (full refund issued in that case).
For the best results:
- ✅ High resolution (minimum 500×500 px, ideally 1000×1000 px+)
- ✅ Good lighting — avoid photos taken in the dark
- ✅ Close-up subjects with clearly visible faces
- ✅ Simple backgrounds work best (busy backgrounds get simplified during processing)
- ❌ Avoid extreme angles (bird's-eye view, heavy tilt)
- ❌ Avoid heavily filtered or overly edited photos

Yes — at no extra cost. Our design team automatically:

Yes! We offer a FREE 3D preview on every order. After you place your order:
- Our design team creates a realistic 3D render based on your photo
- We email the preview to you within 24 hours
- You approve it — or request changes (unlimited free revisions until you're happy)
- Only then do we start engraving
Note: Requesting a preview and revisions may extend production time slightly.
Absolutely. Most crystals include a free text engraving option — you can add a name, date, short quote, or dedication. Just enter your text on the product page. Multiple fonts are available at checkout.
Yes, and we handle memorial orders with the greatest care. Many of our customers order crystals to preserve the memory of loved ones. If you'd like, we can also add a name, birth/passing dates, or a short dedication.

Yes — a Lifetime Guarantee. We guarantee your engraving will never:
- Fade
- Cloud
- Lose detail
- Peel off (impossible — it's inside the crystal)
If your engraving ever shows signs of any of the above, we'll replace it free of charge. Simply email us with your order number and a photo.
Very easy:
- Wipe gently with a soft microfiber cloth to remove dust
- For fingerprints or smudges, breathe on the surface and wipe with the microfiber cloth
- For deeper cleaning, use a mild glass cleaner (no abrasives, no alcohol above 70%)
- Never soak in water for extended periods
Avoid: rough cloths, paper towels (they can scratch), abrasive cleaners, direct sunlight for extended periods (the crystal is fine — the display base may fade over time).

Yes. Rotating and non-rotating LED light bases are available on our shop — they make the 3D engraving glow beautifully in low light and are especially stunning as evening room décor.
Your photos are safe and confidential. We use them only to create your crystal. We never:
- Share your photos with third parties
- Use your photos for marketing without your explicit written consent
- Sell or license your photos in any way
Photos are stored securely for 90 days after your order is completed — this is in case you request a reprint or the crystal is damaged in shipping. After 90 days, photos are permanently deleted from our systems, unless you request longer storage.
